Some people wouldn’t be caught without clean underwear. In this case, Sean Livingston of Newark was caught with it. Lots of it.

Millburn Police responded to a report of shoplifting on Saturday afternoon at Macy’s Department Store at The Mall at Short Hills, where they found that Livingston, 42, was being detained by the store’s Loss Prevention Department after being caught trying steal the underwear.

Police determined that Livingston had tried to steal 12 3-packs of Polo Ralph Lauren Boxer Briefs priced at a total of $456.

Livingston was taken to the Millburn Police Department, charged and released pending a hearing in court.
