New Gym Coming To Livingston, Inks Lease At Local Shopping Center

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A new specialty gym is coming to a shopping center in Livingston.

Stretch Zone, a practitioner-assisted stretching gym, has inked a lease at the Livingston Town Center near Route 10.

Stretch Zone will be taking over a 1,546 square foot space on the first floor of the shopping center at 1120 Town Center Way.

Azarian Realty Co., the shopping center’s leasing and property management agent, announced the latest signing last week.

Stretch Zone has franchise locations across the country. The Livingston location is its seventh in New Jersey, with others based in Barnegat, Bedminster, Cherry Hill, Franklin Lakes, Mount Laurel, Northfield and Princeton.
