Livingston Shopping Center Lands New Business: Dupï Studio

A new Korean spa is coming to a shopping center in Livingston. Here's when it is expected to open.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A new Korean spa is coming to a shopping center in Livingston.

Azarian Realty Co. recently announced that it has inked a lease with Dupï Studio for a 667 square foot space on the first floor of the Livingston Town Center.

The studio will be located at 2130 Town Center Way. It is expected to open in May 2026, according to its website.

Azarian Realty shared the following background information about the newest addition to the shopping center:

“Dupï Studio is a Korean spa specializing in premium and holistic head and scalp treatments. Dupï’s founder, Christina, a licensed esthetician, developed Dupï after struggling personally with hair loss after having children. This ultimately lead her to create the innovate methodology behind Dupï.”

The owner’s work has been featured by NBC New York Live, highlighting a growing demand for Korean scalp treatments and a more holistic approach to skin and scalp health.

Dupï Studio joins other tenants at the Livingston Town Center, including Wonder, 16 Handles, Wells Fargo, Shiseido, and HOTWORX.
