David Orbach was lead organizer of Livingston institution in ‘07
LIVINGSTON, NJ (May 16, 2011) – Regal Bank has appointed David Orbach as its new chairman. In this role, Orbach oversees all strategic planning, business development, and long range planning at the institution, which is headquartered here in Livingston.
Prior to assuming Regal’s chairmanship, Orbach was managing partner and founder of Gallant Funding, L.P., a private lending company focused on the New Jersey-New York region. While with Gallant, Orbach served as the lead organizer behind the 2007 founding of Regal Bank.

In addition to its headquarters location at 570 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Regal Bank offers a branch location at 504 South Livingston Avenue, also in Livingston, as well as its newest branch location at 180 Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland. The bank’s primary emphasis is on a complete range of financial products and services, primarily offered throughout Essex and Hudson counties

Orbach – who holds a bachelor’s in economics from the City University of New York at Queens College, and a juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law – has also served as vice president, general counsel, director, and corporate secretary of Livingston-based NorCrown Bank. In addition, he has worked within the real estate department of the Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn law firm, in New York.
Active with various charitable and non-profit organizations, Orbach serves as a board member for several of these groups.
