
Another burglary, following a recent spate of home break-ins, was reported to the police on June 30.
On that day, at about 6:15 p.m., a homeowner on Tilden Court called police to report that his house had been broken into. The homeowner indicated that the back door was broken and that the master bedroom had been ransacked; jewelry boxes and other items were strewn on the floor. Also, the homeowner indicated a laptop computer was missing.
Police are investigating the burglary and report that a neighbor has indicated seeing a white male, in his 20s, on the steps of the home at approximately 2:30 p.m. earlier that day. Also, the neighbor reports that the man was driving a tan, newer-model SUV.
