BMW Stolen In Livingston, Recovered In Nearby Town
One car theft was reported in Livingston last week, police said.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — The police in Livingston had only one notable crime among police reports last week, they said: a car theft on Falcon Road.
Police said that last Tuesday, March 14, officers responded around 1 p.m. to a residence on a report of a car stolen from the driveway.
Police said that the victim told them that a 2022 BMW X5 had been taken some time after 10:45 a.m. that day.

"The victim believed the vehicle was locked and a valet key had been left inside the vehicle," police said.
The BMW was found a short time later in Belleville, police said. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
