There are apps that simplify the search of properties with complete GPS technology to locate homes for sale. No need to go to MapQuest and find the driving direction or search for hours for a home in the town you plan to buy.

Weichert Realtors app: You need to open a myWeichert account to take advantage of all the features that are in the app. After you open the account you have the availability of myWorkbook:
- Create a group of homes, it could be the number of bedrooms, the same town.
- Add notes about the group.
- Continue adding more homes into the same group.
