Interfaith Weekend Between Two Livingston Congregations

An enriching and spiritual experience will be held this weekend between congregations that have a long history together.

The Presbyterian Church of Livingston and Temple Emanu-El  of West Essex will hold an Interfaith weekend exchange on Jan. 27 and Jan 29.

On Friday, Jan. 27, the Presbyterian Church is invited to attend the Sabbath service at Temple Emanu-El where  Reverend Daniel Martian will answer questions regarding  Christianity during the service.

Afterward, there will be a reception with a detailed tour of the newly renovated sanctuary by Rabbi  Mark  Kaiserman. The service begins at 8 p.m.

On Sunday, Jan. 29, Temple Emanu-El will be at the Presbyterian Church.

During our fellowship time there will be a question and answer period dealing with  Judaism with Rabbi Kaiserman.

Please come and join us for this enriching weekend.

For more information, please contact Temple Emanu-El, (973) 992-5560 or The Presbyterian Church of Livingston, (973) 992-2261.
