Livingston's Little Learners gets some international visitors!
Livingston's Little Learners pre-school gets some international visitors from Fuji University. After observing the children, the university students interracted with the kids and taught them origami.

On Monday March, 18th, Linvingston's Little Learners (a Livingston pre-school), had some special visitors from Fuji, Japan. A group of 18 students and 2 professors from Fuji University spent the morning with the pre-school children. These students are primarily studying Early Childhood Education and Foods and Nutrition, and they are working directly with the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ.
The College of Saint Elizabeth has had a long history with Fuji University. Each year, a group of students fly from Japan and spend one week at the College. During their stay, they visit different schools, hospitals, and take tours of the area. This year, they had the opportunity to visit Livingston's Little Learners, a long-term care facility.
At Little Learners, the visitors observed the classroom setting, morning routines, and the lunch set-up. They then interracted with the children and taught them origami. The teachers were honored to be able to share their love and enthusiasm for childhood education and the children loved exploring and mingling with the Fuji University students.
