National Night Out

Blog about our upcoming appearance at National Night Out.

National Night Out is an evening that promotes neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships. It is also a great evening to bring the kids out to have some fun.  Kids get to meet police officers, see different police equipment and vehicles, see the fire department trucks, and will also be able to have some fun with Pack 59.  Our Pack is a part of the Livingston Community, and tries to be involved as much as possible in community activities.  We feel that it is very important for the boys to have a sense of community and understand what responsibilities they have as a part of a community.  Pack 59 will be having boat races for all kids who stop by at our table.  Boys who are going into grades 1-5 can learn more about our pack and get some information about our upcoming open house on September 12th.  We hope to see many of you on  Tuesday, August 7th at the Livingston Oval for National Night Out.
