New Beginnings

Living in Livingston: A review of the week's stories.

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. There will be tributes to the first responders and prayers for those who lost their lives on that tragic day and for their families.

We’ve reflected this past week on how our lives have changed. At the same time, we’ve sent our children off for the first days of school -- a week of new beginnings and renewed sadness.

Today we will gather and cry, I’m sure, for the family and friends and neighbors – 3,000 in all – for whom 10 years later we still mourn.
