News from the Old Guard

Join us when the Old Guard presents LHS Principal Pamela Clause McGroarty at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 10.

This will be a great opportunity to see Pam before she retires this June and we hope many residents take this occasion to reminisce with her about the many years she spent teaching and coaching our children and grandchildren. 

The Old Guard meeting starts at 10 a.m. but our guest speaker is not introduced until approximately 10:30. We begin our meeting with the pledge of allegiance followed with the singing of God Bless America. We then have Devotions followed by acknowledging birthdays & anniversaries of our members. We have a singing group, the “OG’s” led by Skip Van de Vaarst and Bucky Rogers. If time permits we usually have a little sing a long prior to the introduction of our speaker.
