The Wonders of Paris
In honor of Bastille Day, a Patch kid remembers a trip to Paris and the light show at the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower seemed to reach higher than heaven and the search lights brushed the moon. In a flash of glory, it was suddenly overcome by a brilliant light show. The stars were put to shame. When it ended, I saw the search lights still sweeping the sky as if looking for something. But they needn’t look. They had the wonders of Paris right before them.
