Burglar Tried To Enter Livingston Home Through AC Unit: Police
Someone tried to force their way into a Livingston home through a window-mounted air conditioning unit, authorities said.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Someone tried to force their way into a Livingston home through a window-mounted air conditioning unit last week, authorities announced Tuesday.
According to the Livingston Police Department, officers responded to a Park Drive residence at 9:17 p.m. on Aug. 31 after getting a report about an attempted burglary.
The officers met with the homeowners, who said they heard someone trying to force their way into the house. A suspect ran away from the home, then got into a vehicle and fled the scene, police said.
