Nestled within the Westminster Hotel, The Feathered Fox’s eclectic and unique atmosphere highlights the culinary excellence of executive chef Chris Siversen.

The Feathered Fox reaches beyond the ordinary, plucking the best and brightest aspects of the traditional steakhouse. Built around an exceptional selection of perfectly charred steak cuts and chops, The Feathered Fox marries tradition with innovation through inventive sides, an exceptional pure raw bar & seafood menu and brilliant interpretations of familiar sushi rolls. Siversen's approach - he strives to get the maximum out of every single ingredient – is fundamentally different from most and the result is intrinsically pure and unique.

A thoughtfully designed aesthetic that is strikingly different from the typical masculine, dark steakhouse décor, is carried throughout the restaurant’s bar and lounge, main dining room and private dining room (seating for up to 14), The Meadow.

Opening in Fall of 2021, The Feathered Fox added both Sunday Brunch & a weeknight happy hour to its offerings in February of 2022. Brunch is served from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM each Sunday. Its Happy Hour, promising discounted items from its bar bites menu, sushi, beer, wine, sake & more, is available Tuesday - Friday evenings, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
