Can Working Out Make You Gain Weight?
Can Working Out Make You Gain Weight? numerous studies shows working out your body could be the cause of weight gain.

have you ever felt like you had no energy after a hard workout? well that maybe cause you are using the protein your body needs to grow strong. studies you might see online might say. "working out your will make you loss weight with no life time effects." well hate to break it to you buddy but that's false. I may be only 13 but I when I comes to common sense that's my specialty. in an article released by healthessentials its says "You will gain weight from lean muscle mass that you add by building your muscles with exercise or weightlifting. ... It will take you at least a month or two to add any lean muscle mass that would show up in your weight. By that point, you will probably be experiencing a good weight-loss trend because of the exerise"
You may be wondering that's not TRUE I lost weight by working out 5 times a week for 12 hours. well I am impressed of how much time you lost you may of lost weight but you also lost a lot of body muscle that you need to do simple task like opening a pickle jar or a water bottle in a article by Men's Health its says "The slower metabolism in overweight people is a result of the body’s regulatory system against weight loss." so basic if your fat all you have to do is live your life normal walk to your car walk to your fridge you will lose weight by doing normal task.
So i hope this help you use the common sense that is deep down in your head and realized some workouts may not help you. i'm not saying running and etc.. will not make you lose weight but it will lower your muscle and it could be bad.
