Club TBA Makes Yummy Hamantaschen

Members of Club TBA of The Jewish Learning Program (JLP) of Temple B'nai Abraham made Hamantaschen in celebration of Purim.

Members of Club TBA of The Jewish Learning Program (JLP) of Temple B'nai Abraham made Hamantaschen in celebration of Purim, a Jewish holiday that commemorates the saving of the Jewish people which took place in the ancient Persian Empire, and is recorded in the Biblical Book of Esther.

Club TBA, for grades third to sixth, meets twice a month. The programs are an enjoyable social way for TBA students to have fun while socializing, eating pizza and participating in games and activities with their TBA Jewish Learning Program friends. The group is led by TBA Coordinator of Special Projects Arleen Lichtenstein.

For information regarding the TBA Jewish Learning Program, please contact Melissa G. Weiner, Director of Jewish Learning at 973.994.3950 or mweiner@tbanj.org. Visit www.tbanj.org/jewish-learning-program.
