Daily Record: Livingston Man Burned When Gun Powder Ignites

Hanover cops indicate man's arm burned when mistaken Civil War gun powder tube explodes.

The Daily Record reports that a 66-year-old man from Livingston man was burned in Hanover after lighting a paper cartridge filled with gun powder that he believed to be a cigarette. 

The man who asked him to light the cartridge said that he thought the cartridge was a firecracker.
