Delayed Opening Announced For Livingston Schools Due To Snow In Forecast

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston schools made an announcement Wednesday that due to snow in the forecast, the buildings would have a two-hour delayed opening Thursday morning. Get any updates from the district website here.

"Buses will follow the same 2-hour delay and the A.M. PRIDE program will be canceled," said the district announcement on Wednesday night. The webpage also gave opening times for each school.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for Essex and Hudson counties through 1 p.m. on Thursday, with up to 3 inches of snow expected.
