In the podcast, Mayor Vieira is asked about his "priorities and aspirations." He said the town needs to address whether to fix Northland Pool, build a new pool, or create a recreation complex.
"Do we really need two pools?" he asked. "Are we a two-pool town any longer? There's a lot of residents that are coming into Livingston with swimming pools in their back yards."

He also says he wants the Town Council to be more transparent to the community in a number of ways. He said he has moved the "closed session" private part of the meeting to first, so that if anything is decided, it can be announced to the public at the open part of the meeting.
Vieira also talks about COVID, welcome packets for newcomers, community programs, his experience with public libraries, and his interest in books about Abraham Lincoln and professional wrestlers.

Also, Annie and Victoria from the Library's Teen Advisory Board talk about what the group organizes: Clubs, game nights, movie nights, and more. "It's nice to have a space where we can share ideas and make fun programs to get teens more involved," they say.
Later in the episode, the library says: "Jessica fills us in on the most anticipated books headed to our shelves in February; Gina asks patrons what they love most about the Livingston Library; and Hongmei tells us about feng shui, and plays some feng shui music for balance and inner peace."
