March 2nd was Dr. Seuss’s birthday—what better way to celebrate— then to read! Dr. Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel ) would have been 115 this year. The Early School students of Temple B'nai Abraham celebrated his birthday and legacy by reading Dr Seuss's well-known book Cat in the Hat , originally published in 1957. With the book as a backdrop, the students created their own version of the Cat in the Hat’s distinctive “headgear.” Dr. Seuss forever changed the way children’s books were written and continues to inspire generations.
