Dr. William Oppenheim Joins Barnabas Health Medical Group

Barnabas Health Medical Group (BHMG) recently announced the addition of William Oppenheim, M.D., a board certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, to its network of primary and specialty care physicians. Specializing in extremity soft tissue and limb reconstructive surgery, Dr. Oppenheim is affiliated with The Joint Institute at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility.

Dr. Oppenheim earned his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He completed both his surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency through New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Oppenheim completed a plastic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed a microsurgery fellowship at McGill University in Montréal, Canada and an AO fellowship in Bern, Switzerland.

Dr. Oppenheim is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and the New Jersey Orthopedic Society.
