Ellen Gonik Ranks As Top Real Estate Agent In Livingston For 2018

Among Top Five Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agents in New Jersey

LIVINGSTON, N.J. (May 30, 2019) – Ellen Gonik was the top real estate agent in Livingston, NJ for 2018, surpassing all competitors in the categories of total units sold, listings sold, and buyer-controlled sales in both units and volume, according to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Gonik is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Livingston.

Gonik, a Livingston resident, earned additional honors and accolades for her 2018 sales success. Out of approximately 3,700 agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, Gonik ranked No. 3 in gross commission income and No. 5 in total units sold for 2018. She also earned a spot in the company’s President’s Club.

She was named to the International Society of Excellence, the uppermost Coldwell Banker award achieved by only 133 out of 92,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Gonik also achieved the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the top Platinum Level based on her exceptional sales performance in 2018.

Gonik provides real estate expertise to residential buyers and sellers throughout Essex County and surrounding areas. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Russian. In previous stages of her career, Gonik worked as a chess instructor, owner/manager of a cafe, hotel manager of the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, and Russian translator for Johnson and Johnson. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Drew University and a master’s degree in hospitality management from NYU.
