A Cantor’s Chorale With Cantor Mikhail Manevich and his Adult Choir, Kol Rinah from the Washington Hebrew Congregation. D.C.

Temple Emanu-El will present on February 18, a Cantor’s Chorale featuring Cantor Mikhail Manevich and the Kol Rinah Choir from the Washington Hebrew Congregation in D.C. They will perform an unforgettable evening of Jewish choral music. Mikhail Manevich will be bringing his 20-voice adult choir, Kol Rinah to sing with Temple Emanu-El’s own choir, Shir Libeinu. Manevich and Cantor Sharon Brown-Levy will perform duets and solos as well. Manevich served Temple Emanu-El for seven years and during his tenure he started the temple’s two volunteer choirs. From rousing upbeat sing-alongs to meditative reflections, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. There will be a detailed Shabbat service program including a list of composers spanning across centuries and musical styles.
The public at large is invited to attend this special Shabbat service.
