Eco-Friendly Lawn Care Program

The League of Women Voters of Livingston, Livingston Living Green Team & the Livingston Environmental Commission invite residents to discover the benefits of environmentally-friendly lawn care.  Resident Bob Fredette of Fredette Lndscaping will give tips to help maintain a healthy lawn by using environmental methods, improving the health of the soil and using the right products for the lawn at the right time.  Staff from Rutgers Cooperative Extension will provide background information on recent legislation and the environmental impact of fertilizers and pesticides on health, streams, and reservoirs and eco systems.
