Calling all seniors in Essex County, the 6th annual Essex County Senior Wellness Day has arrived. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, seniors will receive free health screenings, information about nutrition, financial wellness and exercise demonstrations at the South Mountain Recreation Complex. The free event is hosted by Aetna and open to all seniors in the area.
