Walk Information


FCwalk is a great opportunity for individuals and teams to come together for a fun-filled event while making a difference in the lives of children and young adults with special needs. You and your teammates will take the 1 mile or 5k walk in a proud demonstration of community awareness, festivity and unity.

The Friendship Circle’s wide array of innovative programming promotes a greater awareness and understanding of both the unique needs and the unique gifts of people with special needs, and encourages respect and empathy for those facing challenges.


A Little About The Friendship Circle:


Children and teens with special needs and their families benefit from home visits, recreational group programming, life skills training, winter and summer camps and athletic opportunities. The Volunteer Club offers meaningful educational and social events for the teen mentors.
