The West Essex YMCA will offer a free flag football clinic for children in grades K-2 on Friday Sept. 23rd from 4 to 5 p.m. The program is open to beginners and football players to learn the basics and sharpen their skills including throwing and catching, basic game play, kicking and punting, agility skills and team work.
