The Pediatric Specialty Center at Saint Barnabas Medical Center is offering a Healthy LIFE Super Seminar on May 24, 2011, for kids and teens who tend to put on weight more easily than others. This fun and educational one-time seminar will teach many basics of healthy weight management, including nutrition information, behavioral skills, and the importance of enjoyable exercise.
