FREE CLASS DEMONSTRATION
INNER STRENGTH
This class is non-cardio. It combines Pilates and basic core conditioning. It can be done in bare feet or with socks. Students will achieve stronger abdominals, glutes and back muscles. Better posture an added benefit. Please bring a mat and a set of one or two pound weights.
