Charlie Apicella & IRON CITY are keeping the flame alive in the legacy of the funky organ trio. Their new CD, "The Business", features saxophonist Stephen Riley and Cuban congiero Mayra Casales, and is produced by Dave Stryker. Next up: local guitarist and journalist, Alan Paul, moves to China as an expat and starts a blues band. He is back in town, promoting his book which chronicles the Asian adventure and will be performing for us at the Hat.
