The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) is announcing its free “Kickball” Winter Sports Clinic scheduled for Sunday, February 13 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The kickball clinic, located at the West Essex YMCA at 321 South Livingston Avenue, is especially created for children with disabilities. The event will be led by LACD co-chair Bob Gebroe and staffed by student and parent volunteers from the community, who will be cheering on the children.
Children are welcome to participate in the kickball clinic to learn or improve upon their game and skills in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The clinic is also a great opportunity for the children to practice their social skills in a natural setting. For more information, please call 973.970.4441.
