Livingston Attorney To Speak About Using Trusts To Care For Parents, Spouses, and Children With Special Needs

Jonathan Bressman of Livingston will speak at the NJ Society of CPAs (NJSCPA)’s annual Estate Planning Conference on May 10 at Mayfair Farms in West Orange. The conference runs from 7:45 AM until 5 PM, Bressman is speaking at 11:10 AM.

He will explain the capabilities, limitations and flexibility of Special Needs, Supplemental Needs, and Incentive Needs Trusts. He’ll also talk about what kind of tax return needs to be filed for these kinds of trusts. Those attending the conference are eligible for CPE credits.
