The program for this meeting will focus on Sports Photography. Parents and others interested in photographing people participating in sports will have the opportunity to learn how to improve their skills. The guest speaker, Rudy Winston, is an extremely accomplished photographer, from Canon USA where he has worked for 15 years and is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable members of their professional products marketing team. During his tenure at Canon he has been responsible for training staff on new products and creating presentations for customers and dealers. Before coming to Canon, Rudy had an extensive career as a freelance photographer, concentrating on sports at the levels from youth and high school through the four major professional sports. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from an expert. Many of the skills discussed can be applied to other phases of photography besides sports.
