Livingston Old Guard: Succession and Estate Planning

Michael H. Karu, CPA/CFF, Co-Managing Member, will speak to the Livingston Old Guard on Tuesday, February 7^th.

Michael will speak on various aspects of Succession and Estate Planning.

The Livingston Old Guard was organized in January 1, 1966 and incorporated on May 4, 1966.  They hold weekly meetings to discuss local and national issues.  Guests are invited to inform members about topics concerning issues locally and nationally.

Michael Karu is qualified by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an expert witness and as an authority on business valuations, specifically for closely held or family-owned businesses.  In addition, Michael is Certified in Financial Forensics and is a Certified Divorce Mediator.
