Livingston Symphony Orchestra is teaming up with Tofutti Brands to offer a magical concert for all ages. The concert, to be held at Livingston High School on January 29th, 2012, will feature a program geared towards families and children of all ages. Tofutti, a maker of non-dairy foods including ice cream, cream cheese and cookies, is sponsoring the event and will provide post-show refreshments for the audience. Tofutti is very excited to be able to support the New Jersey Arts with this very special concert.
Music Director Istvan Jaray will be conducting the orchestra with a program that is sure to unite music lovers of all ages. The concert will include recognizable pieces, including Tchaikovsky’s “Sleeping Beauty Waltz,” Dukas’ “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” and Rossini’s “Barber of Seville” among many other favorites.
Admission to the Orchestra’s Family Concert is $20 for adults, $15 for students and seniors, and is free to all children under 12 years of age who are accompanied by an adult.
