The Lunch and Learn program organized by the Adult Education Committee of Temple Emanu-El in Livingston, NJ commences on October 25th at 12.00 noon. The first course will be given by Hy Kleinman. The course will cover “Jewish and Non-Jewish heroic figures of the 20th Century”.
Continuing sessions will be November 1, “Non-Jews who performed heroic deeds on behalf of Jews”, November 8, “The amazing stories of individuals of Jewish ancestry who served in Hitler’s military during World War II”, and November 15th, “Aaron Sapiro, who took Henry Ford’s anti-Semitic newspaper, the Dearborn Independent, to Court”.
Hy Kleinman teaches in the Life-long Learning Institute at Caldwell College and holds a degree in Counseling/Psychology from Columbia Teachers College.

The Lunch & Learn sessions will be Tuesdays, noon to 1:15 pm. Program fee is $30 for Temple Emanu-El members, $40 for non-members. Bring your lunch; we will provide desserts and beverages.
