Meditation Series for Beginners

Mondays, January 23, February 27 6:30pm to 7:45pm
For Adults. Learn how to meditate before the year‟s end. An established practice can help guide you
through the ups and downs of life. Some of the many benefits are stress reduction, improved
relationships, and increased health. Each session will highlight a different meditation technique –
visualization, sound, and somatic (body-centered), give various hints and suggestions for establishing a
regular practice and include some yoga postures. Come learn the basics and see how meditation can
increase your appreciation for nature around you as well as the nature within you. Please bring your own
yoga mat. Advance registration is required; call 973.228.8776. Fee: $8 per adult per class
