Memorial Oval, Library Closed

On Wednesday and Thursday, the Oval – Robert Harp Drive -- will be closed to cars while repaving and milling takes place. The Livingston Library will also be closed.

The Haines Memorial Pool will be open with access from Wahler Road. Livingston High School will also be open with access from Madonna Drive (off Winchester or Wellington roads).

The Livingston Public Library will be closed to the public on Wednesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 28. There will be no summer reading reporting, storytimes, Book Buddies, or other scheduled programs on those days.

Staff will be working in the building and answering the phones from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on those days if the library can be accessed safely, according to the library's website.
 
Any materials that are due on either day will not be charged late fees. The library will reopen to the public on Friday, July 29 at 10 a.m.

The Memorial Park’s athletic fields and fitness track on the Oval will be open to walkers, joggers and bicyclists, Giordano said. Parking will be available on nearby side streets and the pool parking lot.
