The Essex County Summer Orchestra, in conjunction with Congregation Etz Chaim of Livingston, are pleased to invite the public to a joint fund raising concert on Sunday, March 13, at 3:00 pm. The musical presentation will be hosted at the synagogue, located at 1 Lafayette Drive, Livingston, NJ.
A variety of selections will be performed, including “Variations on Hebrew Themes” for clarinet, piano, and string quartet by Prokofiev; rarely performed pieces for cello and piano; and various brass ensemble presentations.
All proceeds will benefit current and future activities of both the Essex County Summer Players and Congregation Etz Chaim. Admission is $25 per person, and the concert will be followed by a wine and cheese reception.

The Essex County Summer Players, conducted by Karen Pinoci and founded in 2001, is a not-for-profit community orchestra that performs in the West Essex area every summer. Congregation Etz Chaim, established in 1997 and ministered by Rabbi Shlomo Krupka, is an Orthodox synagogue serving the communities of Livingston and West Orange.
