Regain Control! Strategies to Cope with Urinary Incontinence

Many women experience urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor conditions that affect their quality of life. If you suffer from these conditions, The Saint Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, may be able to help with a free program titled, Regain Control! Strategies to Cope with Urinary Incontinence. The program will be held on Monday, April 4, 2011, in Conference Room A/B of the ACC, located at 200 South Orange Avenue, Livingston, NJ. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the program starts at 6 p.m.

At Regain Control!, you can find out how to help prevent and treat these conditions through exercise, bladder re-training, biofeedback, surgery and medication. Our presenters—Rhonda Walsh, MD, Urologist, and Yelena Shapiro, PT, Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Center—will educate participants about these approaches.

Registration for this program is required by calling 1.888.SBHS.123 (1.888.724.7123), press prompt 4.
