Jersey resident and contemporary jazz vocalist, Robin Filippone, will be performing at Lua in Hoboken on May 20th at 8pm. Complimentary champagne will be served from 8-9pm. Upon hearing Robin, you can picture yourself back in the 1950's as Marilyn Monroe and Judy Garland are about to take to the stage. She combines the rich, sultry tones of traditional jazz and infused contemporary phrasing to bring modern day America up to speed with her new-age style.
