Our third annual 4-mile race and 2-mile fun run/fitness walk are on the beautiful tree-lined rolling hill streets of historic Roseland and Essex Fells, NJ. The 4-mile race course is USATF sanctioned and certified. It is also part of the Grand Prix Series (500 points). All proceeds will benefit Cure Alzheimer's Fund (www.curealzfund.org).

This course is beautiful! The first mile is challenging, but NOT too much so. The second mile has another hill or two. The ENTIRE second half is either FLAT or DOWNHILL!!!

2-mile Fun Run/Fitness Walk
Last year's 2 mile Fun Run/Fitness Walk was a big hit! You can walk at your own pace OR self-time the 2 miles for an extra challenge. Hesitant to do a whole 5k? Why not team up with a friend, spouse or child and try the 2-mile Fun Run?!
