Join  us as we celebrate fall with a dinner designed around Rye Whisky. Strip House classics are paired with a progression of American Rye Whiskey. Chef Bill Zucosky has created a savory menu to showcase each Rye's unique characteristics; from the spicy notes found in Bulleit, to the subtle smoke in Jefferson's, and the classic rounded profile of Wild Turkey. Stilton popovers, maple-roasted bacon, and black truffles will fight the chill on a cool autumn evening.

The finishing touch will be local Jersey peaches macerated in Rye. Master of Whisky Kevin Loser will be on hand to lead the discussion of why many call Rye America's native spirit.
