Student Exchange Program

The local coordinator for Global Friendships Inc., an organization dedicated to student exchange programs, is currently seeking volunteer host families for 15 students arriving from Spain on June 28, 2012 and staying through July 25, 2012. The responsibilities of the host family are to provide a bed, three meals a day when needed, and some transportation. The students are between the ages of 14 and 18; they are fully insured, and have their own spending money. The students can speak English and can share a room. The students will have a full calendar of activities. Trips to New York City, as well as the beach and Six Flags Great Adventure are among the many activities scheduled throughout the month. Families are encouraged to participate and will receive discounted tickets as well as free transportation to all the activities.
