
Temple B'nai Abraham Annual Men's Club Sports Breakfast
Come join Men's Club at the annual sports breakfast to be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM. Breakfast will be cooked and served by fellow Men's Club members. This year's guest is radio personality Joe Benigno of WFAN.
Admission is $10 per adult. Children 13 and under are free.

Joe Benigno was born in Garfield, New Jerseyand grew up in nearby Paramus. He graduated from Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana, in 1975 with a degree in political science. Prior to joining WFAN, Benigno was a frequent caller to the station, known on-air as "Joe from Saddle River."
His first taste of radio experience occurred in 1994, when he guest-hosted a show on WFAN as a result of winning a contest held by the station. He then hosted a sports-talk show on a radio station in Elizabeth, New Jerseybefore returning to WFAN as their overnight host in 1995. He continued as overnight host until November 2004, when he was moved to middays. Currently, he co-host the morning show between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 pm with Evan Roberts. Joe also co-hosts Daily News Live on SNY.

Benigno is a fan of the Mets, Knicks, Rangers, and Jets. He is known for quotes such as "Oh, the pain!"( a lift from the character Dr Smith of Lost in Space) and "What a disaster" when describing his losing teams. In April 2010, he released his first book Rules for New York Sports Fans.
