The 23rd Annual Intergeneration Prom

The Livingston Board of Education, Livingston Town Council and Key Club proudly sponsor Livingston’s 23rd Annual Intergenerational Prom on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Livingston High School cafeteria.  Livingston residents, 62 years young and older are invited to attend this free and festive event.

Last year more than 300 senior citizens and Livingston High School students shared an evening of dinner, dancing and entertainment.  This memorable evening is made possible by generous donations from community and school organizations, as well as local merchants.

This year’s theme is “Shall We Dance” and will feature music by Supreme Productions, and entertainment provided by the Livingston High School Jazz Band, directed by Jim Hegedus, and select members of the chorus, directed by Josh Salzman.  A delicious dinner will be provided by Aramark.  Students in Livingston High School teacher Brian Megaro’s Stage Craft classes are hard at work constructing the photo backdrop where attendees can preserve their memories of the evening with photos.
