Livingston Community Center art teacher and president of the NJ Water Color Society, Ann C. Taylor, will lead an all-day workshop on the techniques of watercolor pouring for intermediate to advanced watercolorists, to add a more luminous, spontaneous and fluid effect to paintings; at the Village Studio Workshop, The Village Mall, Livingston, NJ, 22 Eisenhower Pkwy at the Route 10 Traffic Circle.
