Livingston Community Center teacher and president of the NJ Water Color Society, Ann C. Taylor, will lead an all-day workshop, on March 31st, on the techniques of watercolor pouring to add a more luminous, spontaneous and fluid effect to paintings, for intermediate to advanced watercolorists, at the Village Studio Workshop, The Village Mall, Livingston, NJ, 22 Eisenhower Pkwy at the Route 10 Traffic Circle.
