Fences Make Good Neighbors?

Livingston's Township Council will meet tonight for a regularly scheduled meeting at 8 p.m. in the Senior and Community Center.

Among the agenda items is a final hearing on revisions to the fence ordinance. Some changes in the language of the ordinance have been proposed that limit and regulate the design, enlargement, maintenance and replacement of fences, deer fences and retaining walls so that they fall in-line with the township's open landscape policy.

The council will also vote on adding some new language to the Skate Park Code.  Livingston's new skate park opens on Thursday.
